I think it must must have been Honey Nut Cheerios  I ate Multigrain Cheerios for the first time this morning. I ate quite a few of them. That was the only unusual thing I ate or drank. By mid morning, I had terrible stomach pain and diarrhea, which has continued throughout the afternoon and into the evening. I have a headache and acid reflux with lots of burping. It happened Today | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Headache, Stomach Pain, Burping, Acid reflux
