Many years ago I had berry cheerios and experienced diarrhea. I wasn’t sure if it was the cheerios or something else (although, they were the only change in food that week). Haven’t eaten any type of Cheerios since then and that was at least 8 years ago. Fast forward to a few days ago- had been eating honey but cheerios for about a week. Had them Sat morning + a small salad that afternoon. Then again on Sunday, had cheerios for breakfast. Within 2 hours- had extreme vomiting and diarrhea for the next day. I’m certain it was from the cheerios given I barely ate anything else in 48 hours and it brought back the memory of what happened before. Except this was worse. I reported this to General Mills and the FDA. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Other
