Cheerios Illness Reoccurrence - Cheerios, Denver Colorado

A week ago I ate Honey Nut Cheerios at home (Michigan purchased from Meijer in Utica) and got what felt like food poisoning for 48 hours. I had Honey Nut Cheerios at the hotel this morning yesterday and I’m puking every 15 minutes. Diarrhea onset 24 hours later. The picture attached is the 2nd one that was not opened. I did finish a completed one and threw it out. | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea
