Ate rice with bourbon chicken at mall in food court 2pm 9/10/22, following afternoon I had diarrhea which kept me in the bathroom on toilet for 2 days and this morning with severe headache, sore butt, used PreparationH and baby wipes to clean butt. Unable to keep food in stomach, took Pepto Bismol that didn’t work, drank Bold ginger ale, didn’t work, No sleep until yesterday after leaving Patient First who drew labs and took urine sample gave me Rx for Imodium AD 2mg which I can get OTC. Missed 2 days of work. Paid $30 copay. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Headache
