I had BBQ chicken signature tacos, since then I slowly developed a fever whilst traveling, then a urge to vomit, which continued throughout the drive. I had to stop off early at a hotel, vomiting and diarrhea every 10 or so mins for hours, along with a fever, stomach cramps and fatigue. Symptoms repeat and cycle. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Chills, Cramps, Fatigue
