- comments: observed no covers for ice bins in bar and in beverage station. Instructed to provide covers for ice bins in bar area and in beverage station to prevent contamination of ice used for human consumption.

- comments: observed no splash guards on left and right sides of handwashing sink in beverage station. Instructed to install left and right splash guards on said handwashing sink to prevent contamination of equipment and beverages.
