- comments: observed timed faucet not functioning properly at right sink in girls first floor washroom near gym, left sinks in boys and girls second floor washroom. Water must run continiously for at least 15 seconds before reactivating faucet.

- comments: observed no hot water at hand washing sinks in second floor staff washroom (75. 1f), second floor girls washroom (80. 3f) and second floor boys washroom (80. 4f). Instructed manager to provide 100f-120f at all hand washing sinks. Priority 7-38-030(c)

- comments: observed over 20 mice droppings along walls and corners in breakroom near lunchroom, over 20 mice droppings scattered on floor along walls and corners in storage closet, and classroom near chalkboard, play area and cubbies in prek-k 116-118, over 20 mice droppings scattered, inside compressor compartments under small and large refrigerators in second floor teacher lounge. Instructed manager to call an exterminator for service, clean and sanitize all areas. Priority foundation 7-38-020(a)
