I ate a Hormel Completes Turkey & Dressing meal around 345pm May 10, 2023. That is all I had eaten that day. By 535 pm almost 2 hours afterwards I began to have severe sharp pains in my abdomen, cramping, nausea, weak, flatulence, vomiting, heart burn, diareah, a headache like never before, cold chills, sweating profusely. My fever got up to 103-104. I had never been that sick in my life. I had to call my husband to leave work for help. The expiration date is 4/14/24.It did not sit in heat..5 minute drive home from Walmart..I have 4 similar meals I purchased that I will be throwing in the trash. The worst w4 hours in my life..Still feeling a bit ill , weak, headache..I never complain, well I never had this happen..I will never purchase a Hormel meal again. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Headache, Chills, Flatulence, Sweating, Cramps, Weakness, Heartburn
