Campylobacter Suspected in Wrap - Horus Charcoal Grill, Bristol England

My son and I shared a chicken wrap on Sunday afternoon. We both developed fever followed by severe diarrhoea about 2–3 days later. We cannot be certain the meal was the cause, but it does seem likely. Symptoms align with campylobacter. We have considered other viruses, Norovirus or similar, but these are highly contagious, my wife and other son have not caught it, and there is no known outbreak in S.
