I ate 2 pepperoni pizza hot pockets for dinner around 8pm. At 4AM I woke up with extreme stomach pain, nausea, and diarrhea. I threw up multiple times in a lot of pain. Very crampy stomach and intestines. I had an abnormally large bowel movement. This continued for 4 hours until I took an Ativan (prescribed to me for nausea) and cannabis (prescribed to me for nausea). | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps
