Thursday 9/7/2026, approximately 60 minutes after eating at the hotel buffet, my daughter began showing symptoms. Unable to transport her to the health centre by my own means, I had to accept the only option offered by the establishment, which was to call a private doctor provided by them to visit my daughter, as she could not move from the toilet due to the severity of the convulsions caused by the vomiting (this cost me €130 for the visit). It was not until Monday, when she could be seen at her health centre, that we were able to collect stool samples, as the ones we had brought — collected from Friday onwards on the recommendation of the epidemiology department, which called us the morning after the poisoning (they had been informed by the 112 emergency service, which I had previously called to request medical assistance and was told I had to take her myself) to gather information about the case — were no longer valid. In the end, the tests carried out revealed nothing, as according to her GP, the samples had been collected too late.
