Chicken mayo sandwiches Ordered room service from hotel. Got sick within about 6 hours from eating chicken mayo sandwiches.

See Morecold, nauseous, had to lie in bed wholeday and had no apetite and energy. Today is Tuesday and yet I am still nauseous and have little body energy, I also woke up with a headache. I would like to know what legal proceedings I should undertake.
I am a student at the University of the Western Cape, and so I missed out on work yesterday as I was nauseous wholeday and got very cold and had to lie in bed allday.

“I Had a double Chicken bowl from here on 4/17/21. On the next day, I felt really nauseated and kept on puking. Every-time I would breathe in or out, it would make the nausea worse. “On Saturday March 27 I got take out at 12:23 pm. Ate at 12:45 PM. Was incredibly ill. Vomiting, diarrhea and nausea started at 3:40 PM.
Ordered the godfather part II pizza and ccc wings. Had 1- 10oz beer pizza something IPA. Watched the bartender change the keg prior to pouring me the glass. See Less”

“We had indoor dinning at around 6:30 pm today at Tuesday March 23, 2021 at this location. We ordered a blooming onion with the orange cream dip that comes with it and the coconut shrimp for appetizers for our family at the table. For our main meals we had steak, veggies, some of us had their burger... See Mores. When we got home from the restaurant within the first 1 hour who ever had eaten the blooming onion had diarrhea. I was one of them. Those that ate no blooming onion were not sick with diarrhea. They were fine. Then about 3 hours total after eating the blooming onion I had thrown up quit a bit and strangely enough it was somehow only the blooming onion that was thrown up. It was on my burger as part of the inside description along with lettuce. When I threw up the blooming onion it burned my throat badly and that dip that goes with it was terrible coming back up. I had to hose down my driveway and you could see the pieces of onion from the throw up and it was not fully digested. The Onion and the fried batter pieces. After I had thrown up any and all of the blooming onion consumed earlier I began to feel much,much better. It just did not agree with my stomach. I don't know if the blooming onion was cross contaminated, the batter was bad, the dip was expired, not washed hands from cook or server,or all of those things. It was terrible. Its totally ruined my chances of ever ordering from this restaurant chain again at any area. Food poisoning is draining, and you feel miserable for hours.That was food poison and that's negligence, unsafe. Do NOT order the blooming onion from this location because it will not be worth the four hours of diarrhea, vomiting. Nothing is worth that. I have ordered that in the past about 1 year ago and I did not have issues like this with sickness but I am NOT willing to take that gamble. I hope this warning helps people from getting very sick. “I got sick March 16 2021. I was hospitalized March 23 and I am at home with symptoms still., Ordered food through Doordash the night before flying back home. I had salmon, broccoli & loaded mashed potatoes. My husband had a 5 cheese grilled cheese. My husband also got immediately sick but recovered... See Morein 2 days. My husband and I vomited violently within 2 hrs. This was followed by severe abdominal pain and non stop diarrhea. My husband's symptoms subsided within 2 days. Vomiting, abdominal pain and non stop diarrhea continued for me. I went to the hospital on 3/23/23. Was diagnosed with food poisoning that caused severe dehydration where I received 8 liters of iv in 2 1/2 days. I now have a swollen colon, colitis, inflammation all over and have to take multiple meds to help control my symptoms.
Stomach pains, non stop diarrhea. I passed out from exhaustion & did not have a opportunity to throw out my husbands grilled cheese. He responsed the same way. Fun flying home on an 8 hr flight like that.
The hospital sent me home to finish recovering. I am on multiple medications. Unable to eat anything other than 1/3 cup of bland food. I received 8 liters of iv that has retained in my right leg and hard to walk. I will be filing a law suit. See Less”
