I recently returned from a 14 day holiday at the Riu Funana, I ate in a “specialist” restaurant Mumbana, after eating pork loin I had diarrhoea for 4-1/2 days ending up in a clinic for 1/2 a day. I did not observe anyone doing temperature checks on the food although two people are employed to do this | Symptoms: Diarrhea
