All-Inclusive Resort Illness - Hotel Riu, Punta Cana La Altagracia

I have no idea where it came from. We were at the all inclusive Riu Macao in Punta Cana. Arrived Saturday and Monday at 1 Am I had just liquid diarrhea and major fever chills. I went to the doctor in PC the next day and received IV fluids & antibiotics, Total of 5 of us got sick. For me it was 3 days for others it was 4 or 5. We're sick for a week and some 3 weeks. I was the only one who seemed treatment and recovered faster. | Symptoms: Fever, Diarrhea, Chills
