Severe Illness at Cabo Hotel - Hotel, Sal

We arrived on the 21st November and by the 23rd I had horrendous diarrhoea and nausea. I passed so much blood and was petrified I was dying. It was just uncontrollable for 2 days and I couldn’t go anywhere other than visiting the toilet 50 times a day! I felt dizzy with a fever to. I am convinced it was from a burger that I eat at the pepes bbq. It completely ruined our holiday especially as I am breast feeding our 8 month old baby. We had to result in asking a fellow holidaymaker (lovely lady) to give us formula to feed the baby as I was far to poorly to feed the baby.
The next evening after still visiting the toilet for the 30th time that night I picked up my phone that was in the bathroom to be alarmed by a huge cockroach on it.
Such a disappointing holiday. I will never return to this place!!! | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Fever, Dizziness
