Had a Turkish bread muffin with hash browns and pancakes at 7am and around 11am I started to feel of by 2pm I was vomiting and had major diarrhoea causing me to have to go to the hospital. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
