It came from Hungry Root, a mail-order food delivery service... There are no markings, dates, etc. on the packaging. It came from Hungry Root, an on-line purchasing company.

Note: I thought I was dying. I passed out, couldn't stand or walk, vomited and had horrendous diarrhea. This went on for nearly 3 hours, followed by severe chills. An awful experience.. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills
