2/24/26-2/27/26 4 out of 5 of us traveling from the US have come down with stomach pain, nausea, vomiting and diarrhea, including our child who is a minor. The first symptoms appeared about 30 hours after arriving. The hotel concierge could not confirm that the ice is made with filtered water - she said she would have to ask their “Servicios de Calidad”. She also claims that there is a traveler virus going around. We met another traveler from Alberta Canada who got sick on 2/25/26 with the same symptoms. I asked for bottled water to be delivered to our hotel around 8:45am on 2/27/26. | Symptoms: Stomach Pain, Nausea, Vomiting, Diarrhea
