Ordered a breakfast burrito from here. Became violently ill within hours. I have half the item left (refrigerated), will be sending it to the state for testing. Due to the violence of the illness, was unable to retain fluids and required medical attention for dehydration and nausea. This has caused personal injury, medical costs, emotional trauma, and impact to work. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Dehydration
