My friend and I both had the Menage a Trois sandwich w different toppings & ended up w food poisoning a handful of hours later. Topping we had in common include: chicken, lettuce, sauces. We had another friend order a Madison Bumgarner & was fine from the same restaurant. Most likely was the chicken. Both of us vomitted many times & had awful diarrhea. It's been 4 days and we're still struggling with stomach issues. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Headache
