Additional information: My son and I ate Köttbular and had the same symptoms. The other kids ate schnitzel and had no symptoms. Ate lunch there on Saturday just before I wanted to go to bed (about 8 hours after dinner) suddenly severe vomiting. That lasted all night, then all day long, really severe cramps in the gastrointestinal area. It's the same with my son. We both ate meatballs.
