I ate the meatball meal at around 4:30/5:00 on 12/29/18 with the standard sides: mashed potatoes, gravy, steamed veggies and ligonberry sauce. A few hours afterwards, and not eating anything else the day, I started developing a fever and chills with a painful stomach ache. First it started with diarrhea and then eventually, it triggered vomiting that was intermittent for several hours-- until the early morning. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills, Stomach Pain
