I visited this store today 22/7/23 at around 1pm. I had not eaten anything else that day. So for lunch I ordered 12 meatballs and chips. Whilst traveling home my stomach became painful and I was nauseous. When I returned home I had diarrhea and around 45 minutes after that I vomited a number of times. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
