I visited ikea on the 16/06/16 at about 4pm & ordered meatballs, carrots, peas & gravy. At 10:30-11:00pm the same night I started to feel shaky & nauseous. I had diarrhoea about 30 minutes later & was vomiting at 12 o'clock. I had stomach cramps & chills but with a high temperature. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Cramps, Chills, Shaking
