2nd occurrence, thought it was a fluke the 1st time. Everyone who had the meatballs with gravy is now ill, persistent vomiting and diarrhoea. Those who didn't have gravy are fine. Took about 12 hours for nausea to kick in, about 24 for the vomiting etc | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

my husband and i can confirm this. we both had the meatballs and gravy and are both suffering from vomiting and diarrhoea.
