Ate the Swedish meatball meal combo and drank a cola from the soda fountain on the eve of June 14. Within two hours, started experiencing lower gastric cramping and pain. Diarrhea started an hour after than. Several bouts since, including blood in stool. Seeing doctor this evening. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Gas, Cramps, Stomach Pain, Bloody Stool
