Scampi Meal Illness: Vomiting - Il-Kcina tar-Ramla, Ix-Xagħra

Roughly At 15hrs on Oct 2nd my husband had scampi and chips, from roughly 6pm until midnight he did not stop vomiting and had a fever and chills. The only thing we can presume is that he had food poisoning.
