Ordered this meal Saturday evening and Sunday morning woke up vomiting and diarrhea. Sick all day Sunday and could not eat anything until toast on Monday morning. Ran low grade fever as well. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
