Had the nachos with chicken Friday around 7pm and by 1am on Saturday I was violently ill I had diarrhea, vomiting, chills, fever of 102, bloating, stomach pains for about 32 hours. Still a bit nauseous but fever broke thank god! My boyfriend had pork nachos and was fine so it had to be the chicken!
