Impossible Burger Reaction - Costco, Middle River Maryland

I grilled and ate an impossible burger. I grilled it to the point of it being crispy and charred so it was not undercooked. I am very in tune with my gut biome due to pre-existing condition. I was constipated for nearly 3 days. It felt like the insides of my body and gut were inflamed and I had headache and brain fog for 2+ days. It felt like an internal allergic reaction. I had no outward signs of reaction (ie physical swelling). This “burger” was the only thing I ate on Saturday that was outside of my eating habits. I’ve never eaten one before (and never will again.) Nearly 3 days later, I finally feel mostly better. | Symptoms: Nausea, Stomach Pain, Headache, Swelling, Constipation
