Food Safety Report: In-N-Out.

Ordered a side of fries from drive thru at about 12pm & had a couple before getting home. As soon as I got home (15 mins later) felt big pain in abdominal stomach area, didn't want the rest of the fries so threw them away. Was very tired and couldn't get up for hours, finally did to shower and ended up vommiting a lot. It's now 1:30 am and can't sleep because I'm in too much pain. | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
