E. Coli Incident: ER Visit - In-N-Out, Chula Vista California

My wife and son ate here on 5/3. That night they both developed full intoxication symptoms and both ended up in the ER on 5/4. My wife never fully recovered and developed a UTI on 5/9 for which she got urine culture done. The ER came back on 5/13 with EColi infection diagnosis. After her 2nd visit and 3rd antibiotic she still has leftover symptoms 2 weeks after her visit. I have reported this torestaurant with no response. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
