I had a double double and animal fries at like 9pm. By 2 am I was violently ill. Worst I have ever been sick. Puking diarrhea nausea chills and fever. By 7 am I was having these intense shooting pains in my stomach that came in waves. Lasted about a day and a half | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Chills, Stomach Pain
