am writing to formally report a serious food safety issue following a visit to your Murfreesboro, Tennessee In-N-Out location yesterday.

After eating food from this location, my husband, our baby, and I all became severely ill within hours. My husband and I experienced intense vomiting, diarrhea, stomach cramping, and weakness, and our baby also showed symptoms consistent with food poisoning, which was extremely alarming.

None of us had eaten anything else that day that could explain this reaction. The sudden onset and severity of symptoms strongly suggest food contamination.

This is deeply concerning, especially given that a child was affected. We are asking that this incident be formally documented and investigated, including a review of food handling, food temperatures, and sanitation procedures at the Murfreesboro location.
