Yesterday around 6pm my boyfriend and I ordered #1 and I instantly had diarrhea. This morning around 4am my boyfriend had a fever and was vomiting. We never had an issue like this we did take a covid test to be sure and both came out negative. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever

I used to have this issue with in-n-out until I started ordering the burger very well done and switched to grilled onion instead of raw.
