On Tuesday around 12:30pm I ate a double double and animal style fries. Around 5 later that day I felt bubbling in my stomach so I went to the restroom. Diarrhea and chills instantly. Drove home from work with cold sweats, restroom again when I got home and went straight to bed. Slept til the next day and I called into work (not to mention it was my birthday) because I was still sick.
