In-N-Out
Had fries animal style and a double double. Absolutely had to be the In N Out that sickened me, since the only thing I ate earlier that day was brunch that I split with my boyfriend (he was not sickened). Diarrhea, vomiting, the whole 9 yards. Awful!! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
