- comments: observed large container of flour in prep area not labeled with common name of food. Instructed to label all containers of food with common name of food when not in original containers. Corrected on site container of flour labeled before completion of inspection.
39. Contamination prevented during food preparation, storage & display
- comments: observed two exposed ice bins in bar with no lid/cover on ice bins. Instructed to provide lids/covers for ice bins in bar to prevent contamination of ice in ice bin during storage to prevent exposure to splashes, dust or other contamination.
43. In-use utensils: properly stored
- comments: observed scoop laying on top of flour. Instructed to store utensils with their handles above the food within containers that can be closed.
44. Utensils, equipment & linens: properly stored, dried, & handled
- comments: observed knives, forks and spoons in staging area not covered or inverted. Instructed to store utensils inverted with handles up or covered during storage to prevent contamination.
53. Toilet facilities: properly constructed, supplied, & cleaned
- comments: observed no covered receptacle in all gender employee washroom. Instructed to provide covered receptacle in all gender employee washroom.
