Rancid Macaroni Salad Illness - InstaCart, Seaside California

On July 26, 2023 I had groceries delivered from here using Instacart. With this order I had a rotisserie chicken and macaroni salad made by First Street the brand that is associated with this store. The salad is usually outstanding and is a favorite of mine. However this time it tasted horrible as if someone dumped an entire salt shaker into the salad. I only took a few bites and couldn't eat any of it. However a few hours later I am extremely sick. I have horrible pain in my abdomen and am very nauseous. I have also been having some breathing difficulty and feel very sick. The macaroni salad was obviously rancid therefore the deplorable and disgusting taste. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
