After eating a catered box lunch from a conference... Got really bad food poisoning... Throwing up, diarrhea, and feels horrible... Got full blown 4 hours after eating... but it slowly got worse before that time... The throw up contained the food from lu, Got indigestion within 30 minutes after ate... and got worse and worse... After 4 hours was vomiting, diarrhea, chill, weak, and very nauseated... Had the Turkey Sandwich box lunch | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Diarrhea, Other, Weakness, Chills, Migraine, Indigestion
