We were also planning a day trip to Saona Ireland. Had lunch there but we only drank beer there! 2 days later it laid me down! vomiting, severe diarrhea. I then went to the resort doctor who then told me I was dehydrated. Accordingly, medicines. After 2 days, symptoms began. I'm back in Germany no improvement and I also had chest pain.
