Nephew Sick After Calamari - Isola Pizza Bar, San Diego California

My nephew and I ate at Isola yesterday between 3:30-4:30p. We were both in good health, and hadn’t eaten since breakfast. We both ate calamari, and he had the Quattro Carni Pizza. I was fine, but he became violently ill around 7:45p. We considered a trip to the Emergency Room, but were able to eventually stabilize him somewhat.
