I ate very little before travelling, so I'm confident that the vegetarian on board meal was the cause of very bad food poisoning. The meal tasted very strange but I just put it down to terrible plane food, three hours before landing it occurred and the staff were not very helpful. I had to get a second flight which I nearly missed due to the severity of the food poisoning. I've been out of action since arriving back home with heavy diarrhoea and vomiting. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
