Seaweed salad. Ate sushi about 10 pm woke up at 5 am the next day with a pounding headache. Couldn't sleep from the headache so I hungout in bed untill I started to feel like I had to p**p. Took 3 full p**ps each with a softer consistency as the next untill it was full diarrhea on the 4th and so on. Started to feel nauseous and ive been throwing up ever since. Pretty sure it was the seaweed salad as I've never had it before and had no previous issues with this place despite having underlying gastrointestinal inflammation. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Headache, Gas
