I bought two pies and ate them a week apart. The first pie I ate I had diarrhea but was sure if it was from the pie. The second pie i ate, I started getting bad stomach cramps. I was about to get ready for work and I could not get off the toilet with diarrhea and hurling stomach pains. I had to call into work because I couldn’t leave my house in time and I was still in pain. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Cramps, Stomach Pain
