So I went to the food truck and bought the clam chowder after a few hours I began vomiting profusely I vomited until I blacked out woke up and now I can't retain any fluids I even drank water and vomited I plan to go to the doctor in the morning | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
