I decided to take my 3 year old son to the drive thru at Jack in the box after getting gas this evening and I bought him the chicken nugget kids meal and I bought myself a breakfast sandwich. No more than 10 minutes after he ate it he started saying his stomach was hurting. I thought maybe he just had gas. A few minutes after that I got seriously bloated. After we got ready for bed he puked all over himself and the bed. Approximately 7 minutes after he did I rushed myself to the toilet where I too threw up everything I had eaten at that stupid restaurant. We will most likely never purchase food from there again. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Gas, Bloating
