Im responding in regards to my sister, who ate a jack in the box chicken salad 4/10/14 early evening at 36848 Fremont Blvd, Fremont, CA. Up ALL night vomiting (probably 40-50 times within the past 24 hours) she couldn't even hold water down. In horrible pain from vomiting stomach bile (was vomiting so hard that she can't even talk regular). Vomiting reflex muscles worn raw. Hurts to move. Losing a lot of body weight. Massive pounding headache, very nauseous, & diarrhea. Went to urgent care & physician confirms. Don't know what to do? | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Muscle Pain, Bile
