Food Safety Report: Jack in the Box.

10pm ate 2 tacos and oreo shake. Tacos were cold and shake frothy - bubbly, but everything tasted fine. This was within 5 minutes of ordering (it did not sit around). 2am Got sour stomach, got up drank water and immediately vomited everything up. Looked like nothing even digested. Currently 2:30, still nauseous and very thirsty, afraid to go back to sleep. No more Jack for me. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
