The only thing I ate all day was jack in the box tacos from their location in Anaheim, CA near Lincoln and harbor (Across from ice skating rink) . I had to go to the emergency room due to violent vomiting and diarrhea and unable to retain fluids at all. Resulted in severe dehydration, weak immunity, and admitted into the hospital to be in an IV for 8hours pumping nutrients, anti nausea, and rain reliever meds. Now I am finally home still sick and unable to digest food but somewhat retaining liquid. It has now been over 24hours. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Dehydration, Weakness
